The Bowl Adirondack Poke | Our Story
Fresh bowls, no shortcuts
High Peaks Poke Bowl is Plattsburgh's home for vibrant poke, crafted fresh every day with premium ingredients and zero compromises.
Rooted in Plattsburgh
We set up shop on Cornelia Street to give this community something it was missing — a fresh, healthy, fast-casual option that doesn't cut corners. Plattsburgh is our home, and every bowl we make is made with that in mind.
Quality you can taste
We source premium ingredients and prepare everything with care — because what goes in the bowl is exactly what you deserve.
Passion behind every dish
Each bowl that leaves our kitchen carries real care — from the way it's assembled to the way it lands in front of you. That's not a tagline; it's just how we work.
A Plattsburgh favorite
Guests keep coming back for the freshness, the value, and a team that genuinely cares — and every 5-star review is a reminder of why we started.
